TownePlace Suites-Fairfield Marriott
Paris, Texas
This hotel is the very first dual branded TownePlace Suites Marriott and Fairfield Marriott to be built in Texas. Paris is the center for healthcare for much of Northeast Texas and Southwest Oklahoma and is fast becoming the solar capital of Texas. This custom hotel property is expected to be completed in the Second Quarter of 2024.

Forney, Texas
Similar to our Rockwall TownePlace Suites, TownePlace Suites Forney is a Gen 5 design and will have expanded meeting/special event space. This extended stay hotel is located on US Hwy 80 and is expected to be completed in the Third Quarter of 2024.
TownePlace Suites Marriott
Dallas/Rockwall, Texas
One of the first Gen. 5 TownePlace Suites to be built in the US, this extended stay hotel opened in January 2022. Located on Interstate 30, this hotel has covered parking, balconies and beautiful views of Lake Ray Hubbard.
SpringHill Suites Marriott
Dallas/Rockwall, Texas
This custom SpringHill Suites exemplifies TEKMAK’s unique design touch, complete with expanded bar, prefunction and meeting/special event space. Located on Lake Ray Hubbard just off Interstate 30 in Rockwall’s Harbor Entertainment District, this hotel is within easy walking distance to several popular retail, entertainment and dining options.
SpringHill Suites Marriott
Lindale/Tyler, Texas
Located in Lindale’s Cannery Entertainment District, this custom SpringHill Suites captures the essence of East Texas. The hotel includes an expanded bar, prefunction and meeting/special event space, as well as the Miranda Lambert Suite (recognizing this hometown hero and country music legend).

Fort Worth Historic Stockyards, Texas
This co-developed custom SpringHill Suites opened in 2021 and exemplifies the spirit of the Fort Worth Stockyards. Whether attending a conference in its expanded meeting/special event space, relaxing in the splendid Presidential Suite, or enjoying the view of the Fort Worth skyline from Chef Tim Love’s rooftop restaurant Atico, this is the place to be in the heart of the Stockyards.
Courtyard Marriott River Village
New Braunfels, Texas
Located on the Guadalupe River (Lake Dunlap), this custom Courtyard has balconies, oversized meeting/special event space, a covered terrace and beautiful tree covered grounds capturing the natural beauty unique to Central Texas. The hotel is close to downtown New Braunfels and only four miles from Historic Gruene, Texas.
Best Western Premier
Bryan/College Station, Texas
One of the very first Best Western Atrea brand hotels (later renamed BW Premier) to be built in the US, and the first hotel to be built in Bryan in over 25 years. This hotel has loads of custom features including spacious guestrooms, an expanded bar, prefunction and meeting space.
Hyatt Place
Fort Worth Historic Stockyards, Texas
This custom Hyatt Place hotel was the very first new hotel development to be located within the Fort Worth Historic Stockyards grounds. This property includes spacious guestrooms and expanded meeting space, a TEKMAK signature.
Hilton Garden Inn
Granbury, Texas
This custom Hilton Garden Inn is located on the banks of Lake Granbury adjacent to the Lake Granbury Conference Center and includes an expanded bar, prefunction and meeting/special event space. This hotel was recently renovated and is a favorite destination for groups and individuals looking for a relaxing DFW getaway.

Fort Worth, Texas
This IHG brand hotel was TEKMAK’s first venture into the extended stay hotel space. This hotel is located in suburban west Fort Worth near Lockheed Martin, the Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base and Meacham International Airport.
Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham
College Station, Texas
This property is TEKMAK’s very first hotel development and is strategically located on University Drive near the campus of Texas A&M University, with the largest student enrollment in the US.
Hyatt Place
College Station, Texas
Ideally located on University Drive, this custom Hyatt Place is located only 1 mile from the campus of Texas A &M University. With spacious guestrooms and an indoor pool, it is ideal for sports teams and fans alike.
SpringHill Suites Marriott
Northwest Houston, Texas
This custom hotel was TEKMAK’s first SpringHill Suites and is located on Texas Hwy 249 (Tomball Freeway) on the 66-acre former Hewlett Packard campus in Northwest Houston. This hotel has an expanded bar, prefunction and meeting/special event space, a TEKMAK signature.
Fairfield Inn & Suites Marriott
Arkadelphia, Arkansas
This custom Fairfield is conveniently located on Interstate 30, at the foothills of the beautiful Ouachita Mountains. Arkadelphia is home to two Universities, Henderson State University and Ouachita Baptist University. This hotel with its beautiful grounds includes expanded meeting/special event space.
